Here are some tips to help you do just that"

Otherwise, you'll become discouraged and give up. My go-to for goal-setting annually is my "Notes" section on my phone. It's always handy for easy reference, generally always with me, and I love going back to past years and feeling a sense of accomplishment. Weekly goals are usually done on the "Sticky Notes" on my computer. Again - super easy to access."
Image with text that reads "2. Make a Plan. Once you've set your goals, it's time to make a plan of action to help stay on track and achieve those goals you just set. I like to use my calendar for planning and blocking off time for the goals and tasks at hand. Remember to include travel time or it will throw off your day. I also like to use my alarm on my phone to remind me of upcoming meetings. Remember to block off time to eat lunch - not in front of your computer!"
Image with text that reads "3. Schedule Time for taking breaks and having fun! Don't try to focus for hours on end. It's important to take breaks so that you don't get overwhelmed or burnt out. I am a HUGE advocate of having fun in what we do here at She's Got Leggz. Make sure to schedule some time each week for activities that you enjoy. This doesn't mean just at home - bring fun to work. Something like a photo shoot or making a TikTok video at work is a nice break from repetitive tasks - be silly and have fun! This will help you relieve stress and stay motivated."
Image with text that reads "4. Reward Yourself. When you reach your goals, make sure to reward yourself! This will help you stay motivated and focused on what you want to achieve. What are some of your rewards to yourself?"
Image with text that reads "5. Recalculating. When you don't reach your goals, don't beat yourself up. The best analogy I have heard on this relates to your GPS. If you make a wrong turn or get lost, your GPS doesn't yell at you, make you feel bad, or tell you to go home and give up. No, it starts recalculating! Focus on what worked and go from there! You know where you want to go, just find how to get back on track."
